Information you give us. When you fill out our quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of coverage you're interested in, and the best time to reach you. If you later work with us on a quote or an application, we may collect additional details needed to find or enroll you in a plan, such as dates of birth, household size, income estimates, current coverage, and the doctors or prescriptions you want covered. We only ask for what we need to help you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure. We use one session cookie to protect our quote form from spam. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics.
How we use your information
- To contact you about the health insurance options you asked about, by phone, text, or email.
- To compare plans, prepare quotes, and help you apply or enroll when you ask us to.

Calls, texts, and emails
By submitting our quote form, you agree that a licensed Rosavo agent may contact you about health insurance. Agreeing to be contacted through our form is not a condition of buying a plan. You can opt out at any time: tell us on a call, reply STOP to any text, or email us at roman@rosavohealth.com. Message and data rates may apply.
Health information
Our website form does not ask for medical information. If you share health details with us while we help you choose a plan, such as your doctors or prescriptions, we use them only to find coverage that fits your needs and keep them confidential.
